Use Heavy Duty Riveter to install the new rivet.This video is brought to you by sailrite in this video we'll show you how to disassemble and reassemble an arrow RH 200 s professional rivet tool first remove the wrench / screwdriver from the handle lock the tool in the depressed position use the screwdriver and twist the pin 180 degrees place your thumb over the top hole in the tool using a standard big pin push the pin all the way out leave your thumb over the hole and remove the big pin from the hole now remove your thumb and slowly tilt the tool to remove the barrel spring jaws and jaw pusher all-in-one assembly now you have access to all those parts in the barrel to reassemble the rivet tool hold jaws together so they form a cone shape and carefully insert them into the barrel held horizontally then using the end of a big pen again push the jaws slowly to the end of the barrel with Bic pen in place check the end of the barrel to be sure the jaws are resting like you see here in the video if not perform the task again next insert the jaw pusher into the end of the barrel then the spring carefully drop the assembled barrel back into the tool ensuring the barrels holes face to the side of the tool release the handles take the pin and rotate it around you will notice a flat side on the pin this flat side should face up when inserting it back into the hole push the pin in while slightly depressing the handles up and down as shown in the video until the pin enters the side hole once inside the first portion of the hole lock the handles in the down position again now take the big pin and push down on the spring while pushing on the lock pin pull the big pin out when spring is depressed enough to clear the lock in use the screwdriver and turn the pin so the flat side is up against the end of the spring locking the assembly in place enjoy hundreds of free videos at the sailrite youtube channel or CRI calm.To install, reverse the removal procedure. Well anyway,you need to remove the door panel. 17 years of this & you can't remember all,lol. Hate to say it, but I've worked on so many cars & trucks I forget exactly what you'll need. I'm assuming it's the door lock you're talking about.
